- Ask what they currently use
- Ask how much they pay
- Try to pre-sell
If nobody pays even ₹99,
They won’t pay ₹999 later either.

Friends say “great idea”.
Pre-order page launched.
Zero orders.
Reality check saved lakhs.
Habit:
Validate before registering company.
